Yoga with Angela: Online Yoga Fundamentals

One month of 10 Yoga classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays evenings at  19.15- 20.15 CET.

Energise your life with online supported yoga classes, connect to your Soul, your body and calm your mind. It's a wonderful way to open yourself to life, to yourself, to your Higher Purpose.

You will practice online together with Angela. She will encourage you to go at your own pace, while still guiding you to grow and explore. The classes are designed to empower you to trust and appreciate the subtleties of your own body.

The course will start with the explanation of basic breath-work we call Ujjayi breath, Mula Bandha and Uddiyana Bandha (energetic locks). We continue by moving from asana to asana, opening our joints, making our muscles strong and flexible. Angela will give you suggestions about how to organise your daily yoga practice and she will share her personal experience on the yogic diet.

This is not just yoga online, it is a healing journey on which you will learn and practice greater commitment to yourself and to the Higher Purpose of life.

Your teacher is Angela Santosa who has been teaching yoga since 2008. She travelled to India to practice and deepen her teaching skills with some extraordinary teachers for the past 9 years. Angela has substantial experience with a wide range of students of varying abilities. She continues to practice and teach on a regular basis. She lives and breathes yoga.

This course is for everyone, regardless of age, gender or health condition. No yoga experience is required. Meditation and pranayama (breath work) will be instilled in your body and mind. At the end of the course you will gain knowledge about the fundamentals of yoga and have clarity about how to practice daily by yourself.
