Your teacher is Angela Santosa who has been teaching yoga since 2008. She travelled to India to practice and deepen her teaching skills with some extraordinary teachers for the past 9 years. Angela has substantial experience with a wide range of students of varying abilities. She continues to practice and teach on a regular basis. She lives and breathes yoga.
This course is for everyone, regardless of age, gender or health condition. No experience is required. Meditation and pranayama (breath work) will be instilled in your body and mind. At the end of the course you will gain knowledge about the fundamentals of meditation and breathwork and have clarity about how to practice daily by yourself.
